LHFC Teeswater Hillcrest School Salmon
After having a few problems this year I cleaned the Aquarium & Equipment, then added a few more Salmon they sure look great & the JK/SK are enjoying watching them grow.
our fisheries are a good indicator of healthy environments. The tank in the school really illustrate how sensitive they are to temp changes, water turbidity, and chemicals that leach into the streams. Keeping the salmon alive is a challenge. It encourages hope and as our kids learn to live with "salmon", they also are able to live in harmony with others.
