Lake Huron Fishing Club School Salmon Hatcheries and Events

I re-started the Lake Huron Fishing Club In-Class School Salmon Hatchery Program in 2010-11 with 1 School, in 2011-12 we had 3 and in 2012-13 we had 10 Schools, in 2013-14 we had 17 Schools, in 2014-15 we had 21 Schools, Started a partnership with Bluewater Anglers and their 3 schools, United Fish and Game Clubs of Manitoulin and their 1 School, Sydenham Sportsmen Association and 2 of their 4 Schools and BPSA with 1 of SSA school in partnership with LHFC.

Bruce Power and Lake Huron Fishing Club Partnership just keeps growing Thank You.

On behalf of Bruce Power’s Environment and Sustainability Fund, please find enclosed a cheque for $25,000 in support of the 2018 School Hatchery Program as well the Stream Rehabilitation Program.

I admire your work in educating kids on the lifecycle of the salmon as well as your continued work in the area of environment stewardship. I am honoured to present you with this contribution and hope it will help with the funding of your initiatives.
